fuel line leak....repair kit??????

Isn't there a ford fuel line repair kit for when you get a leak vs. replaceing the entire prefabed line?
I found that "dorman" makes a repair kit for $200/$300 but that is expensive.

That depends. Where's the leak? If it's in the steel lines under the truck, it's pretty easy with a couple of compression fittings, and a short piece of hose.

If it's in the spring loaded quick connects like at the fuel filter, or the fuel rail, it gets a little foggier.

Actually, I found some fuel injection hose just for this. The only issue is that it is five dallors a foot but is supposed to hold the 65psi pressure without coming apart.
