Badshoe "How To" dvds...???

How good are they?

Could a first-timer (first-timer with rear ends but experienced in other areas) rebuild a rear end without problems with the Badshoe dvd and a Ford shop manual???

I used that 8.8 video to teach myself how to do it. I have a great understanding of how to do it and have done 3-4 rear ends now. Saved me a ton of money and was exactly what I needed.

Actually, I wish he did more videos.

Worth every penny.

My Ford manual list about 50 special rotunda tools to so the job....

Did you (MustangGT221) really need all of these to do the job?

BTW I too will be doing the 8.8 rear end.

Any pointers or thing to look out for that you can think of?

I would appreciate whatever you can tell me.

Get the Badshoe video. That is the best pointer that any of us can give. People around here make it sound scary. After watching the video you will see that it is quite simple. Also he shows what tools you can use.
