66 f250 manual choke to auto choke conversion?
This is usually performed the other way around you know.....most people prefer a manual choke because it can be operated more efficiently. If you really must do the conversion you will need to find the parts to convert your carb to auto. Best place is a donor vehicle. Some manual choke carbs cannot be adapted to auto because they were cast to be "manual" only. One easy way to do it is find a carb from another truck which has an auto choke on it. Be aware that you will also have to put in a heat riser tube from your passenger side manifold. Good luck on your conversion.
