WHere have you tried to find them so far?
LMC truck (1.800.222.5664) has a cab mount kit (all stuff needed for all four holes) for $70-140 (depending on the CUN of your truck- $70 for up to #470,000 and $140 for #470,001 and up)
I checked the latest Carolina Classics Cat, but didn't see anything. You might also check with John's F-Fun Hundreds

If the bushings are all you need, have you checked with your friendly local Ford dealer? Sometimes those obscure parts are still available through them- who knows why it so hard to find some of the more used ones.

Check Obsolete Fords from Oklahoma dug. I called there 1-800 number and ordered a set for my 63 custom cab. They ran around 59 dollars for a cab set. They also carry bed and front clip sets. You can find the 1-800 number and website in most truck and car magazines.

Obsolete's number is 405-631-3933 I bought a kit from there and am installing them at this time. The biggest problem you will have is getting the bolts out. Mine were so rusted I used a dremel and brute force. Only other problem was finding that the drivers side support where the mount goes is rusted out in a 4x4 square area where the mount goes.
Obsolete's mounts are spec to original and easy to put in once you get your old bolts out.
