Bed or Tail mounted spare tire carrier?

I'm thinking about a rack to hold a spare 37" tire. I see a few racks out there that mount in place of the tailgate. Anyone have any experience with these? Recommendations?

Here's a few that I found. Needs to be quickly removeable if I have to haul anything.
