289 auto in a 48 F1

Just would like to know if they make a kit of some kind to put a 289 motor in a 48 F1 truck. The motor is out of a 84 ford fairlane and I was going to us the auto trans also. Do they make a kit to where I can weld the motor mounts in so the motor will set straight in the truck. And can I us my original drive shaft also. I just hate to see a good 289 go to waste. he is going to take it out and make a Thunderbolt clone out of his 64. He said I could use the 289 and the auto trans for my truck if I wanted it. Where can I find or get the thinks I need to put the 289 auto in my truck,. Thanks Scott

I'm sure there must be a after market motor mount for the 289, should be the same as a 302.The mount would not be to difficult to fab. As far as the drive shaft, more than likely it will need to modified to fit.
Check midfifty for mounts
