Make it stronger than just a suggestion. This step needs to be mandatory.

These tranny's have a common problem with the solenoids going bad. By the condition of your oil, I am almost positive you have a bad solenoid. I just had a friend that had this happen to it and was told that her trany and transfer case was bad by the dealer. She spoke with me and I called bull*&#$. I called a good budy at a tranny shop in another city and told him what it was doing. He told me which solenoid and how to change. Voila everything fixed. It went from a $4500 to $6000 quote to a $300 fix.
