I was viewing a 62 f10 unibody on www. geocities.com/joeno3/joeyspage.html with Sallisaw show pictures and a 61-66 section included. there was a 62 f10 with a 65 twin I beam front suspension which replaced the original straight axle.can someone tell me how tough this conversion is and can twin I beam up to 79 be used? also what would be involved to add power steering ? davlo 63 short bed unibody.

 

David, I suspect the owner put the sheet metal on the 65 chassis. I have never been able to get anyone here to say the conversion has been made. The chassis shoul be simular enough to make the mods though.

Joey may have talked to the owner, have you asked him?
