Interior trim paint/dye?

Hey all,
I have a 1980 f-150 that was painted candy apple red at the factory. Over the years the interior trim parts (also red) have become a bit dull and I've also added some stuff like map pockets. Does anyone have an idea or opinion regarding how to paint or dye all these parts back to a factory color?

all help is appreciated,

Dave S
