I just purchased this truck yesterday and i washed and degreased the engine today. I have just sold my previous truck a 92 f250. I did the same procedure on the f250 with no problems.
It started hesitaitng just minutes into a drive, i think i have got something wet that i should have covered, but this truck is totally different from my last.
There are no dealers open tomorrow so i could use any help i can get, thanks

 

Pull all your COPs, blow the plug well and the COP out with compressed air, and reassemble using plenty of dielectric grease in each boot.

You have water in there and it's shorting out your spark in at least one plugwell.
