Was driving, cruise was working properly. Had to make a stop and when I tried to set cruise again, all the dash lights would do is blink, as I pushed the set button, does the same when I pressed the Resume button. No speed control at all. I checked the fuses (#13 side of dash, and #44 under the hood) all good. Horn works, all brake lights work. I'm not getting a check engine light.

What should I check next?

This is on a 2003 explorer sport.
