I've got a 99 f-150 and i need the headlamp indicator light and the electronic 4x4 indiactor light on the switch in the dash. The dealership told me for the 4x4 i have to buy the whole swith for $35. The light for the headlamp he thought that he might be able to get but i won't know til tuesday. What i was wanting to know is if anyone knows if and where else i might be able to get the indicator lights.

 

A few months back I had to buy a new 4x4 switch because the light in it went out. And more recently the headlight indicator light (the one in the switch is what I assume you mean, not the highbeam light) went out and I popped that black panel off and now it wont stay on, just kinda sits there. So when you get it let me know how it came, if it was just the bulb or that entire panel or what.

And ot answer your question, I couldn't find the light for the 4x4 switch anywhere. Haven't looked for the leadlight, it looked even smaller than the 4x4 light to me, so im just gonna go straight to the dealer and not waste my time. If its too expensive try local junk yards.
