Oil leqake, runs rough, smokes
Hey Everyone, was looking for a little tech help here. I have a 1996 f-250, PSD, turbo, 130,000 miles. All stock except banks intercooler.
After haven drivien the truck all morning, I got off the freeway and the truck was shaking, like a miss, and smoking too. Also oil was pucking down the bell housing. I found the oil leak was coming from the pedastal assembly. Decidied to fix the oil leak first, and bought a new turbo, with the pedastal assembly. I've put it all together and still have the miss/shaking, with the white smoke. My question is, couldI have a bad injector or something and that have caused the oil valve in the pedastal to rupture? Or do i have two seperate problems? The turck feels like a bad miss, like one cylinder, but I'm haveing trouble figuring out which one. Plus if the injector is bad in one cylinder will it cause it to smoke?
Any Ideas on which way to head would be great. The truck never overheated and the water and oil are both still full too.
