Question Horn and Horn relay location on 1999 explorer xls?

Just purchased a 1999 explorer xls and the horn doesn't work,does anyone know where the horn and the horn relay are located on this vehicle?

scucci is starting off with a positive reputation.
Horn is left front of vehicle below bat- remove wheel well apron or get to it from underneath the chassis. Horn relay is in the fuse box on the wheel well. Horns are a common failure item.

Wanted to thank you for the horn relay info, found out there was no relay in the fusebox,installed a new relay and it worked,saved me the trouble of tearing the truck apart to get to the horn. Thank You!
