NO CDDJ error on CD player

Trying to find out what this error means. Son got 2 CD's jammed in 99 Expedition 6 disc changer. unplugged unit took apart and removed CD's put back in and got this error. Magazine won't eject. Bought another unit (used) plugged it in and same error message! Coincidence or some other problem? magazine is trying to cycle but not finishing. Checked fuses and removed to reset power. Didn't help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Josh

Contact Kelvin at Broadway Radio Shop. They are my old employer and are a authorized Ford Radio Waranty Center. I used to swap out those changers all the time. Even my wifes 2000 changer went bad. Hers was working fine till she hit a pot hole and the $1.20 in change that was in it shorted against the circuit board. Previous owner must have just through the change in the center console and had the door open on the changer. Very common mistake that I would run into. Anyways give Kelvin a call at 816-753-1960 and he can point you in the right direction.

Yeah he's a good guy. Years ago I told our boss I was going to break his jaw and that ended my emplyment with them. Was a pretty cool job but the boss was an idiot. Had him runnin like a little bitch hiding behind some employees. He's long gone now. Glad Kelvin could help ya out.
