03 F250 door rattle-supercrew
#2
When I go over a fairly large bump it seems like my doors rattle a little. Its like their not as tight as they should be when they are shut. Ive been thinking about adjusting the part on the top and bottom of the cab where the back doors attach. I just have a supercab so my front doors close onto the back doors.

I had two different rattles in my old truck doors. The first rattle was a loose bolt on the window track that allowed the track to rattle. Take the door panel off and reach in there and see if that is what the problem is with yours.
The second rattle was caused by a very common issue with the exteded cab trucks. There is a small spot weld near the bottom of the door that is notorious for breaking free after a while. Mine had done this so I drilled a hole where the spot weld used to be and put a screw in it's place.

I had a rattle on passenger side front door of f250 supercrew. Turns out not to be the door, but the window. If the passenger pressed outward on the window the rattle went away. Ford said nothing they could do about the rattle. Drove me crazy. I did notice that it did not rattle so much in the winter time. Ice buildup at the bottom of the window kept it from rattling.
