QUESTION on wheels...
Hey, I'm looking for some wheels to replace the Okie-style set that came with my truck. Can anyone tell me right offhand what the factory size wheel (height/width/bolt pattern) on my '65 F-100 is?
Thanks!

QUESTION on wheels...
Should be a 15x7 rim with 5.5" bolt pattern.
Take the truck to any tire and wheel dealer and they can help you pick the right size. Check out my wheels and tires on my 64 on my webpage below. They are 15x8 wheels with P235 70R15 tires.
The whole set-up set me back a mere $435.

QUESTION on wheels...
For my '64 F-250, I paid $400 for a set of 4 16x8" wheels with a set of Yokohama? MT's that only had 150 miles on them...
They fit, but it's close! I have one spot that rubs; the driver front tire rubs on a grease fitting when I turn all the way in one direction (i forgot which way).

QUESTION on wheels...
I just put new wheels and tires on my '65. Make sure you get the correct backspacing when you get your wheels. That is the most important thing for a correct fit and for the way you want your truck to look. If you get the wrong backspacing, your wheels will stick out further from one side or the other in reference to the mounting pad, which may cause rubbing or give you a look you don't want. Also, If the rearend of your truck is stock you will notice that the front wheels stick out about an inch further than the rears. I wanted to correct this without putting in a later model, wider rearend. I put 15x8, 5 on 5 1/2 with a 4 inch backspacing on the rear and 15x7, 5 on 5 1/2 with 4 inch backspacing on the front. By using the same backspacing with a wider wheel on the back I was able to make up the 1 inch difference. I have 275/60s on the back and 235/70s on the front. The 275/60s and 235/70s are both 28 inches tall, so I was able to have a wider tire in the back, but maintain the same height for the front and rear. My wheels are Boyd Coddington Timeless. Good Luck, Steve.

15 x 7?
That's in-correct, as Ford didn't offer a 15 x 7" wheel until 1980 (E0TZ-1007-D).
As original:
1961/67 F100: C5TZ-1007-D .. 5 lug 15" Wheel / 5.50" bolt circle / 5.5" wide / Internal hubcap mounting / For tube or tubeless tires.
1965/72 F100: D2TZ-1015-B .. 5 lug 15" Wheel / 5.50" bolt circle / 5.5" wide / External hubcap mounting / For tube or tubeless tires.
1953/65 F100: B4TZ-1007-A / 5 lug 16" wheel / 5.50" bolt circle / 5.5" wide / Internal hubcap mounting / Use with tube type tires only.
1965/79 F100 (1975/79 F150): D2TZ-1007-E .. 16" Wheel / 5.50" bolt circle / 5.5" wide / External hubcap mounting / Use with tube type tires only.
15 x 6" first offered in 1976 / 15 x 8" first offered in 1977-these wheels are either styled steel or styled aluminum.
While wider than 5.5" wheels may fit, one has to be careful, because with this wider width wheel and certain types of tires, the tires may rub on the quarter panel (bed side) wheel opening inner lip.

Yes, I do like the look of your truck alot. I am not going to go that low, cause I still need to be able to take it to some MX tracks, but I will lower it a bit. Any idea on the widths of your wheels? I am ordering some wheels in the next day or two and I dont want to screw it up. Or I wonder if I should stick to 15's.
