It is going slow today.Got the trans off the motor to find that i need a flexplate know.Dont feel to good todat neither.I guess i been working to hard.So if anyone has a good flexplate let me know.

 

Sorry to hear that Tony I hope you get to feeling better.Never know when a flexplate might show up.

Well, I reckon that after I posted this Morning....The Site fiqured that since the Budman had been here...there was no need for any one else to post!!!!!


Spent most of the afternoon taking the Trans out of the 100...still not done
the crossmember is giving me a FIT!!!!!

I have a flex plate for a 351w, but I don't reckon that would work on a 390...
It is a 390 right????

The Tranmission is out of the 100
Now I get to start cleaning it up.. The Grease is so thick it looks like Tar!!!!

Also have to remove the Bell Housing and the Clutch so I can get to the rear main seal.....

 

I wouldn't say that Budman you also have your truck tore completely down we don't.I think you're making great progress.
