03 Explorer rear wiper inop HELP!

I'm reposting this cuz I had a brain fart.

You think I'd know between an Expy and a Explorer, Thanks to Steina for pointing that out to me.

I usually hang out in the diesel columns but I need some expertise of this forum..

My buddies 03 EXPLORER Sport XLT rear wiper is inop. I can hear the motor clicking when the switch is in the HI position. The clicks are about 1-2 seconds apart, but no movement. The moto gets warm after about 3-4 minutes of this.

Do you think the motor is bad or something else?
What fuses should I be looking at?

BTW: This truck sees alot of dirt roads.

An electrical schematic would really help me out with the diagnosis or just some good advise.

sounds like a gear in the box is bad, does the blade move on its own? If not, unhook the blade, and watch the shaft.

Thanks for the reply. I just got it fixed. I removed the motor assy and dissasembled it. The wiper pivot shaft was froze-up (dirt & corrosion). Cleaned & lubed everything and shazzam, it works!
