I'll be in the Greenville area all next week. This is the first step to becoming a citizen of the great state of South Carolina! We're looking to find some acreage out near the mountains- gotta have room for more trucks.

Good to see ya coming, give Dave or me call, we know the area, you may want to check up in the Travelers Rest area, good locale, still get acreage at a good price.
Jus' about anywhere heading away from Glassy Mountain/ Hwy.11 area shoud have fairly decent acreage/price listings... You can quickly tell if you get to close to the GM area by the $20-$30k+ price surges...
We had a great vacation, and looked at lots of land. We put an offer in on 7 acres about 5 miles outside of Travelers Rest. Plenty of room for that big garage I've always dreamed about! (I guess we'll build a little house for the better half, too). At 15 miles from G'ville, it's close enough to commute, far enough to be country. Now we have to wait for perc tests, survey, etc., but we should close before Christmas.
