We have secured 12 rooms at a reduced rate at a nearby hotel/casino. Act quickly because there are only a limited number available to competitors. This weekend is one of the busiest weekends in Reno due to the Air Races, so rooms are going to be expensive elsewhere. The average cost is $150 per night at other hotels. So call and get yours today before they are gone! Tell the operator that you are with the West Coast Finale for the reduced rate of $54 a night plus taxes.

Children are welcome to attend with parents. We will be passing out door prizes provided by sponsors. If you plan on attending the competitor party, you must be PRE-REGISTERED. Money MUST BE RECEIVED by September 10th and no later to get an invite to this party. There is tons of planning involved in getting this party together, so it is essential that we know how many are attending. When you send in your payment, make sure to include how many will be in your party.
As of right now, we have $2529 in prize fund money to hand out at the show. If 55 cars attend, that number will jump up to $3629 for prize fund. We are expecting to see over $5000 for prize fund with manufacturer support. You can check our current tallies at http://www.sonicfxaudio.com/2006_west_coast_finale.htm
If you plan on attending, please email me and let me know so that I can begin to make competitor badges. If you prepay for your entry, your badge will be personalized with your name and class/classes on it. You can print out a pre-registration form at www.sonicfxaudio.com then click on WCF Pre-Reg at the top of the page.
As you can see, by pre-registering you will not only get a personalized name badge, but you will also get to attend the competitor party. Remember, all entries must be RECEIVED by September 10th if you want these additional benefits.
We have many companies who have pledged different sponsorships including FI Audio, Atomic, RE/US Amps, Mass Destruction Audio, and Hushmat. These sponsorships will include various things including
t-shirts and additional cash for the prize fund. It looks like it is going to be a HUGE event.
