So I'm not the only one that can't find the banner. . .that's a relief! I looked without being logged-in because I don't think supporters see the banner ads, other than the little ones that are individual forum sponsors. I also hit refresh a few times to see if I could cycle through and get the banner, no luck.

It is actually a "tower" ad that will appear on the left hand side of the site. If you are having trouble finding it, click your refresh button a few times and see if it comes up.

Yes, I do believe that you need to be logged in to see the ads. I will see if we can contact the site administrators to find out why the ad doesn't seem to come up when you refresh.
Supporters don't see the banner/tower ads, it's one of the "benefits" of being a supporter. The only way for a supporter to see the banner/tower ads, that I know of, is to not be logged-in. Normally, no banners are a good thing, but apparently not this time.

I got the banner. But I had to be logged-off to get the banners.
