Have you tried an EZout, Kris? I did the same thing to my Nova one time...I drilled the bleed valve out to fit the tiniest EZout I could find - and it came out easily (I PB Blastered the broken bleed valve overnight too).

Neal, I would think Kris has it fixed, that was 08-2006.
