cruz amatic tranny

did the 1966 F-100 come with the cruz o matic tranny.
also what does the green dot on the shifter mean.

Get an owners manual, it explains what the green dot is for, and styles of driving to use whith what gears and such. I also explains the oil bath filter that the '66 f-100 came with.
