Acrylic enamel vs. urethane

The last time I painted my Mustang I used a single stage PPG acrylic urethane. Now that I have an F100 to paint I am in the planning stage once again. Now PPG still has their Delstar enamel which would match the type of paint used on Ford's back then. They still have the yellow grabber color as stock and a code for Ford Corporate Blue in that paint. Question is what would be the major differences that I would be looking at in using PPG Delstar enamel vs. PPG Concept single stage. I already know that a basecoat/clearcoat is more forgiving when painting and little mistakes are made but let's confine the answer to the first two paints which are pretty glossy right after spraying without buffing. These paints will be going over a truck that will have the first layer sanded, but not all off, and then sealed.

In talking with a place that sells PPG paint it seems as though there is not much difference in how the two spray. However, I will have to definitely do some driving in order to get the paint outside the 9 bay area counties if I use enamel.
