Anyone have any driveshafts laying around?

I have a pile of driveshafts out in the garage from various cars so I decided to measure them.I would like to tabulate a list of the various lengths to help out anyone doing engine swaps, so if you know any more feel free to post them. These are measured from the centerline of the u-joints.1991 Mustang 2.3 A4LD(42 7/8"),1989 Mustang 2.3 T-5(45.5"),1986 Mustang 2.3 C-3(47 7/8"),1988 T-bird Turbo-coupe 2.3 T-5 (48"),1984 T-bird Turbo-coupe 2.3 T-5 (48.5").The V-8 fox Mustang T-5/C-4/AOD driveshaft appears to be the same length as the 4 cyl one at 45.5".

They had a guy lose his drive shaft on pinks, they pulled another out of a 4 banger mustang in the parking lot so he could do his last run. He blew that one up too.

I have a pile of old driveshafts, mostly out of the 60`s and 70`s Ford products. Seems like I was collecting them for a while.....

I might head out to Buck's and measure a bunch.I read somewhere that someone was using an aluminum one from an AWD Aerostar in a Mustang.

That would be cool. Are you building a mustang or something that you have all of those other ones laying around?

Let me know what you find. It would be alot cheaper than buying a new one.
