If it were my money, I'd wait a few months. This will help get the pricing and incentives down to a manageable level, as you're avoiding the typical high-demand most vehicles have right at launch.
Especially for a large SUV in today's market, where demand is softening.
Then again, I own a bunch of Ford stock (bought it on sale!) so I'd really rather you not have to rely on factory incentives!

I would wait because the new Expediton will be nailed to dealers showroom floors, and HUGE discounts will be here by christmas. also , yes, basically your Expedition will be worth about 20k in 2 years: figure a drop of at least 55 % of msrp after 24 months and less than 25k miles in Excellent condition.(asumes new vehicles are not being heavely rebated at the time of trade/sell.) Also be advised that a more powerful engine is on the way for '08.
