Alternator???
Hi all, My truck is an 86 f-150 302 efi auto.. It eats alternators about 1 every 6 months or so ( I now know about the plug loosening) someone told me to get a 3g unit.. I have one out of an f-750 I need to install it has anyone here installed one in their truck? any help?, I'm gonna do it on sunday the directions I got said run a 4 gauge wire and a 200 amp fuse where do I get a 200 amp fuse? the wire is no problem but thats a big fuse lol
