I have an '04 and the SE light came on. No problem, just plug in my tester and get a link error. The manual does not show a fuse for OBD II. All the other ones labeled for PCM etc are good. I read some more and tried the door lock alarm reset and it did not work. What else could it be?

 

Dont know if yours is the same, but on a 97 that would be the "data link connector." fuse
