Bio diesel usage?

Folks,
I'm curious as to how many are using biodiesel fuel and how
they like it.

I like it same price as dino but better for your engine. I haven't seen really any difference except it does quiet the engine down a little.

In North Texas it's finally starting to appear but mostly in the B20 mix. There is a Loves in Anna Tx. that sells it. Ft. Worth has all mixes available but that's a long way to go. I do run a mix of about B50 every 30K or so. It seems to clean the injectors very well. I do keep several spare fuel filters on hand since the stuff is such a potent solvent. At the fire station we have talked several times about making biodiesel from WVO. We have so many that drive diesels and quite a few would like to make their own but either don't have the time or place to make it.

I filled up with B20 for the first time yesterday......It seems to make the engine run smoother and the exhaust smells nicer. I had to drive 45 minutes to get it.

In our state the Gov. would prefer to put a toll on interstate highways, force people to use gas with sugar cane squeezings and charge an extra $.30 / gal to do it while reducing fuel mileage. Biodiesel,, only if they could tax the stuff to give the politicians more money to decide how to spend. I am absoultely sure the goverment can decide better than I how to spend my money.

Now Vegoil,, umhhhh got something there, If I can figure out the extra tank in my Excursion, you might just smell american fries in my area. :-) Jim

I ran it for a year before I moved. Now I can't find it anywhere closer than at least 30 minutes away.

Anyway, I loved the stuff, and I will ALWAYS recommend anyone use it.
