Yep. Common problem on the 04's. There is a TSB out for this issue. The dealer will replace the entire cab brakelight assembly with a new design and gasket (for free). It's a good fix. Had it done to mine - no more problems.

If the water appears at the top center of the window it is more than likely the light which is directly above. The water comes inside the cab between the inner and outer sheetmetal skins. When looking at it, it appears to be coming from the glass seal but it actually gets in behind the top edge of the light. The seal on mine had slipped inside the light. I used a small amount of silicone to fix it but now that I know there is a TSB I might have the dealer replace it.

- Turn the fan motor (climate control motor) on high, in the non-recirculating mode.
- Close all windows and doors.
- Spray a soapy water solution on the outside of the high mount lamp housing. If bubbles form around the lamp housing, replace the assembly.
