Looking for drive train mechanics

I've searched this forum and all of the FTE forums and have had no luck so I will throw this out to anyone who can help.. I have a 95 F-150 4x4 S/C, 302, 5spd, 33x12.5 BFG A/T's, 3.55 gears. I would like to get more power and towing capabilities out of it and am looking at changing gears to 4.56's. I also plan on putting some headers on and down the road, changing the cam. My first question is-#1-Is the gear change a good place to start and #2-Can anyone recommend a quality/reliable mechanic shop in the N Memphis area that can do this? #3- How much $$ should I be looking to spend for a front/rear end gear change. All ideas, suggestions, comments are welcome, any ideas???
