call me dumb but Im just wondering can i sell my truck with just the title?or do i need another paper?I forget its been so many years since i sold one.on the title what do i fill out once i sell the truck the front or the back or both?thanks

 

Dunno what state you are in, but I bought my truck from a guy in MA, and then registered/titled it in MA. Only relevant paperwork he gave me was the title.

 

In NH you need a title and bill of sale if its newer than 15 years old.
Older than 15 years and all you need is a Bill of sale. You also need either a previous NH registration or NH VIN varification but the buyer can deal with getting a VIN verification, I've done it twice in the last 6 months.

Last car I sold was a 2000 and did so with title and bill of Sale. Guy never came back to me for any other paper work.

 

In Maine you will need a title if the vehicle is 1990 or newer. You shouldn't need anything else.
