car show and mud bogs in polson

Hey just letting everyone know that i'm going to be (as far as i know, well as long as the guys are still haulin my truck down on the semi as promised) heading down to polson mt on the south end of flathead for the mud bog on sunday (thats bout all i know of the event lol), so post up and let me know if your interested.

It would be great to meet you. I'll be spending a couple of days in Great Falls this week, but I'll try to get down there on Sunday afternoon. Maybe we can locate each other. I'll drive the '48 F1 and wear my FTE t-shirt. Let me know what to look for - rig, shirt, hat, etc. mtflat at hotmail dot com I should be back in Kalispell on Friday and will check email then.

Awesome, yeah my truck is my bogger in my gallery ( it'll probably be the only 80 ford f-250 with a ford racing flag on it), i'll be wearing a milk river run run t-shirt and a team canada hat as well. So yeah we're just waitin on one guy as we have a semi and trailer and a driver, but we need the one guy to come so the owner (the truckin company anyway) of the truck and trailer will let us come down with it.

But yeah i'll let you know the details of the bog and whats going on for sure by friday sa we're plannin on heading down (well me and my parents as they want to come down too) then and spending the night might spend the day on the lake too.

Sounds like fun... Polson is like an 8 hour drive, and well, I just don't want to drive for 16 hours and then have to drive back up to that area for work Monday. However, Good Luck! Don't break too much stuff.

Yeah (i was going to post up yesterday but i was a little busy) we decided not to head down cause to many unknowns, (ie no place to stay, wouldn't get down there tillafter midnight tonight) that and i didn't get my truck finished up till tonight (d-shaft loops and finished up the headers), so we're kinda dissapointed we're not going but we're gonna go play out on a buddy's farm tomorrow to kinda make it better, but yeah sorry for not being able to make it, but if you're interested there;s a bog in great falls along with monster trucks this upcoming friday, show starts at 8 and its in the fair grounds.

Sorry you couldn't make it. Those late night repairs can drain you. We'll make it another time. I doubt that I'll make GF this next wknd. Have fun and let us know how you do.

hey there tim...

been a while....i'd heard vaguely about the bogs in polson...a buddy mentioned it once, but then nuttin more....now with bow season here, my weekends are gonna be full-up....i'm hopin to put some meat in the freezer again this year, as it's cheaper for me to go hunting than it is to buy meat at the grocery store....anyway, just sayin hi and hopin everyones doin well....

Your huntin is cheaper than mine then... $20 for a tag, $50 to put half a tank in the truck, $25 on seasonings and wood chips for jerky and sausage, $150 to take a day off work.... ouch... but its a lot of fun and I'd rather go hunting than most other things.
