engine miss on #6 cyl--- CPO?

2001 F150- 5.4 motoro. had a miss last friday. no conde. still doing it today, wint to auto zone and the reader said #6 cylinder miss.---- i asked for the price of coil and plug, but did not purchase yet. coil is WELLS C1139 for $60. which sounds o.k. For plugs they had several varieties, i siad Motocraft. they said part 422WM for $2.49 that dont sound right??? what is the plug number. I have heard to stick with the Motocraft brand right??? Is there any possibility of getting the COP off of #6 and replacking without pulling the fule line, etc, etc. I did not plan on doing the plugs this weekend, If i do, i want to do all 8 at same time, if i am pulling the rails, etc. Can i do the COP only real quick?

I bought the Wells COP. took about 20 minutes to take the plastic cover off the throttle body, pull a couple hoses out of the way and remove the #6 COP. after you get the 7mm screw out of the way, the COP will wiggle easly and can be pulled around the fuel rail. Lots of crud in around the spark plug hole. blew out and vacuum. Installed the new COP and that was it, no miss now. Have 145,000 miles. plan to install all 8 plugs this fall when time permits.
