Have a 75 E150 Van with 351 - swapping into a 75 F100 with a I-6. I know I need v-8 perches for the swap. Will the perches from the van work in the truck? Any other problems i may run into with the van engine - oil pan, etc?

No - you need 302/351m/400 perches, and you need to get the truck motor mounts too. The van motor mounts are quite different. Oil pan should be ok.
