fuel flow diagrams
Does anyone have a half decent fuel flow diagram for a 97 7.3 PSD with an Auto 4x4 dual tank.
I would like to have this for my computer as well I got a feeling I'm sucking some air cause I've done everything from the Hypex line to the oil sensor on the left front head(cant remember the name) and checking all the wiring, with huge improvments my Idle has made but still has a slight loop to it and still sounds like something is not working quite right. Want to cover my bases before looking at injectors.
Lastly, I got to change those blue hoses on my fuel pump cause their cracked pretty good, just noticed and has anybody heard of a mod to improve the fuel return on our engines??? I think I remember reading somewhere that this was a problem

Your mechanical pump shouldn't be adding air to the fuel, electric fuel pumps generally have this problem.

Kwik, For some reason I double posted the picture above, Can you get rid of one of them please?
David, I just noticed the diagram doesn't show the tank switcher valve. Could be a source for air to enter the fuel system?
but I gotta agree with kwik. If your HPOP proves to be good you're in the market for injectors, yaahhh! more HP

The first thing that came to my mind is a problem with the HPOP system. The pressure sensor getting flaky or something like that.

I think I might bight the bullit and do the injector O-rings while I'm on holidays this week. What I want to do is install a clear fuel line some where and check the fuel as its entering the system for air. If thats good I pretty sure I gotta look at injectors, is it a little soon for 125,000 miles for the injectors to crap out?
