Ok, so which picture of the interior is correct for the Chevy? Is one for the HD? And yes, that GMC looks a lot like a super duty/super chief/tonka.

Those pics ARE NOT of the HD version of the new GMT900.

And the pics are not "spy shots". The pics were clipped off GM's webcast of the LD introduction held on Wed. 8/2 (if you want to see the whole 45 minute webcast, go to www.media.gm.com, but it is kind of boring. All marketing hype. No real "meat and potatoes" technical discussion).

The HD versions have not been introduced yet. They are 3 months behind the LD versions (as stated by Ric Waggoner during the webcast).

The HD trucks might be identical to the LD trucks. Time will tell.

They almost look too much like the SD.... According to the guys on that board theyused the old "hd" hood and grill.... I like the one guys comment over there "Take that Superduty!".. LOL.. I had to laugh because he could have gotten that same look from Ford about two years ago, and a very similar one from dodge about the same time.

Those pics are of the HD versions, unless they have started putting duals on the light duty trucks!!

I must say the GMC Sierra for 07 is an attractive truck. sorry i know we're on a Ford board but i'm giving my thoughts. I've thought since Chevy went with that nasty Avalanche front end even on the prior generation Silverados were stupid looking.the GMCs kind of kept the clean conservative lines.

BTW I just heard rumor of a new 6.6 duramax motor with all of the clean emissions stuff. I guess the code is LMN but there are no other details other than a bunch of added emmision BS. This tree hugger thing is getting on my nerves. I am not in the habit of breathing my tail pipe, but I guess cleaner is better ......aleast for the next 10 generations down the road.
