I bought a v10 & had it for a couple weeks to see if I would like an X. We got about 50 miles from picking it up & said to my wife " I fogot to get the door code" & she said his little girl (about7) told her it was 11111. I just sold it & replaced it with a 7.3, it had the card inside the pages of the owners manual. jackpot
I found my box with the factory code on the sticker in the rear panel in the back of my 2000 Excursion on the passenger side. Take off the panel for the jack and look forward toward the seat. You will see the box screwed on to the metal housing.

Just got my excursion a few days ago.Can some one send me the list of codes please ?....I tried the number located by the jack and no dice....also....maybe I'm doing it wrong...my brother said to enter number 2..for example..u push the 1/2 button twice...is this correct ?

No you only push the button once. In reality there is only 5 buttons, but for some reason ford thought they needed to put 10 numbers on them. The code 13579 and 24680 would both work on the same vehicle. Initially I thought I had to push the side of the button, but when I puched it in I could tell that there was only one contact behind it, so you just push in the middle.
Also I posted this suggestion in another thread on this subject. If you can see the sticker but can't read the numbers, try reaching up there with a camera and taking a picture of the sticker. I have never done this to get this code, but I have used this trick when working on items I couldn't see very well.

key pad code list please- Could somebody please send me the key pad code list that everyone is usung. I bought my wife a 2000 Excursion 4x4 with the 7.3 litre PSD. No code for the key pad and would really appreciate it.
