It don't look so good - they seem to stack cars and trucks up for metal salvage so fast that you just ain't going to find a straight body panel anywhere in there.

Suspension things may not be as good a bet as they could be since you don't have any way to know if they were pulled out from under something with a pile of wrecks on top of it....

I'm serious! I took a walk around the place at lunch, and it was ugly.

The good news is I think I can get a complete wheel to wheel front end for my 2X4 fer right at $150.oo

I hope it includes the brake calipers and the sway bar I saw on one...

But they seem to be going after the metal value, so get a man out to look at what you want when you find it right away so it DOES NOT get trashed in the mean time.

I've tryed to buy parts there. I agree they seem to be more interested in scrap instead of parts. I do most of my parts shopping in the south Memphis yards. I also have a oem Ford parts connection. Its in Tupelo but its about half of the local dealers prices. I saved over $200 on the ecu for my 97 f150.

 

Ford parts yard in Memphis is on Warford just on before ya get to chelsea ave .

Clays auto parts its strictly Ford , Lincoln & mercury parts nothing else .
