Things to do in PA

I thought it would be cool to post things to do in our area like small day trips. Me and my wife love to go places on saturdays and we are always looking for someplace else to go.

I live in Berwick, near us we have Rickets Glen State Park with nice hiking trails and beatifull water falls. But some of the trails are closed right now for repairs from the flooding.

Hey Ben, I don't have anything to post right now about happening in my area, but you could head down the 29th to the Holiday Inn in Ft.Washington. That's a Saturday.

Hey 87_f150,
You've been on site a while why don't you come on in. You too can be an officical member of the Pennsylvania Chapter at FTE. Would be glad to have you.

Huckster,
My truck is not on the road yet, but when it is, I will definetly find mud somewhere. Are you going to come to the Flight 93 Memorial on the 9th?

There's always Steamtown....... and if up to some traveling, don't rule out Gettysburg.

Some good ideas being put forth here. Maybe we can compose a list of different events or sights around the state and plan in advance for the GTG's. Make a calander of the coming year then set dates for them. Slice the state up according to members locations then have a member from that area host the GTG. Post up your thoughts and ideas on this.

Huckster: Muddin sounds like fun but we did that last weekend and now its going to take several weeks to fix everything we broke. By the sound of all this rain we might get I might be able to boat around bloomsburg.
