Rear Window Rolldown

I have a 2001 SuperCrew and I'm trying to get the rear windows to roll all the way down and not stop after about 3/4 of the way. Is there a way to override this child safety feature?

I believe it's a physical limitation of the window track itself. You'd probably have to do extensive modification to the interior of the door to allow the window the roll down entirely.
