Turbo surge??

Hey guys, im just wondering if anyone else has had any turbo surge and if theres any shops around red deer area that are able to help me get the parts to fix it?? Ive found a couple different wheel kits for sale and some ported housings on the web but was hoping to find something closer to home. Any help would be great. Thanks

P.S. If anyone has a spare turbo there looking to SELL im interested. I have a 2001 superduty with the tried and true 7.3L

MODS: If this doesnt belong here, im sry but didnt know where to put it.
