My truck is possessed. I have clicking noise in the inside fuse panel. I've changed all fuses and relays, ignition, starter relay, nothing helps. Sometimes I have power and sometimes I don't. Sometimes the fuse panel clicks and sometimes it doesn't. Can any one help me. I'm dazed and confused and not electrically gifted. thanks.

 

Which fuse panel? The dash or under hood?

 

It's the dash fuse panel, 2nd relay from the top. If I take the battery cable off for 30 sec or more it usually will start up, but sometimes it just clicks repeatedly and the relay gets hot to touch. I've changed all the relays and fuses, the ignition, starter relay, alternator, this all started after I changed the EGR valve and the air flow valve. No check engine light. I'm at a loss.
