Hey guys, I think we need to get together for another meeting in the next few weeks. I'm pretty booked with family obligations, but how would Sunday the 16th work for everyone? I'm trying to get some prices together from various people on shirts, hats, decals, etc. for the membership packages...as well as a few other possible odds & ends.
I figure we could get together to discuss the pricing among other things so we can get the packages moving. I'd also like to discuss alate summer or early fall gathering, preferably a date after we can get the packages assembled, and we can personally hand out the membership packages at the gathering.

my schedule has changed to sunday thru thursday, so unless it is close by and we are off ad i'm out. if we are off ad i could be off about 2 p.m but i would have to be back by about 8 ish because 4:30 comes early. but i will be there in spirit.

how can I join into this NC chapter club? I sent a request, but have not heard anything back to this point. I understand how busy life can be, trust me...lol im so tired I barely know my name here lately. just wondering, Thanks

 

We'll do our best to sett it up where everyone can be there.

 

The best thing we can do is pick a place, and then have everyone post their 2 or 3 best dates/times to be there. We'll need to go with the majority to pick when to do it. Maybe during the meeting we can set a schedule for our meetings (for example, we can meet the third Sunday of the month, location to be determined at the meeting before it).
For the big gathering I keep mentioning for later in the year, I want to post that information as soon as we pick a date (hopefully at this upcoming meeting) so everyone can have a chance of making it. I'd like to set up 2-4 of the big gatherings each year as family events...not to say the others aren't. We'll talk about the crazy ideas in my head when we have the time. Thuis is already turning into a novel that I'm writing here.

You're in when you joined the chapter.The next meeting is to set the membership packages and what's included and pricing. And you can Join us at the meeting you're always welcome to join us and bring family or friends who might be interested in joining or as a guest.

i can meet almost any where, everyday except the last weekend in july, when im going to Uwharrie. i guess someones gonna have to make some sacrifices to make the meeting, huh?
