Update on housing ends...
H'mmmm.... it appears I'm going to change axle bearings to another style that Ford used and save a few hundred dollars and a few WEEKS of time....
The bearing race from the tapered roller bearings is chewed up.... SO.... I'll use the sealed roller bearings that are ALSO used on some of these axles and pop an internal oil seal in the axle tube and all should be well....
