CHECK FOR A BURNED VALVE, i have checked EVERYTHING that they are suggested and spent well over 300 on trying to figure it out. check the head for a burned valve. when you put your foot in it it seems to make a spitting sound through the carb, the valve is not working right so it's not running right, your 360 is basically the same as a 390. check for the heads and you'll more than likely find your problem
