the 6.0 will suck the headlights out of a 7.3, stock for stock or mod for mod

A stock 6.0 will beat a stock 7.3.
A chipped 6.0 will beat a chipped 7.3, all else being equal.

It's not really an opinion, though... just facts.

Good, cause guy bet me $500 that his 7.3 would take my brother's 6.0 ( I got the V-10) in a 1/4 mile and the guys a real pri&^%.

I going to borrow my bro's 6.0 and make me $500.

Are both the guy's 7.3 and your brother's 6.0 stock?

The setups such as crew cab, long bed, gears don't really matter much to be honest, if that is the case.

Of course, if one is an auto and one's a manual... that will change things hugely.

heck, all things being equal, numbers say it right away, the 6.0 makes more power.

Guy's a moron. We was arguing at the bar and his biggest point was the 7.3 got 1.3L more than the 6.0.

I got him to commit to $500 & I got witnesses.

Both his & my bro's truck are Screw Shorty 4X4's.

I got a date w/a 7.3 next Sat..

usually when someone wants to bet money, they know something you don't or they're just plane stupid.

what if he has a chip and your stock..?

One thing about it, I bet the 7.3 cuts a tighter light than the 6.0.

May want to buy a tuner for 350 bucks just to make sure he isn't trying anything funny. From the sound of his displacement argument, he obviously isn't familiar with the 6.0

Even with tuner purchase you make $150.
