Chevy 250 six rocker question!

I can get my hands on a set of rocker arms from a 250 six for free, and I want to install them on my 300. I understand there are quite a few of you guys who installed them on motors with the stock camshaft. I however am running an RV type cam in my truck. If I install these rockers in my motor am I in danger of valves hitting pistons? I am still running the stock dished pistons fyi also. I am also concidering installing an adjustable timing gear set, if I do this should I be concerned about valves hitting pistons with the 250 rockers and straight up timing? BTW if i go to the 250 rockers, do I need to change pushrods?

bigbrown84truck is starting off with a positive reputation.
your problem with clearence will be more with hitting the valve cover. it will be really close. without having the specs on your cam we can't tell exactly how close.
