New Rims

I see that the lug holes are getting enlarged on the stock 16" rim on my 77 F250
Was looking for a excuse to get some new ones.Nothing fancy just GOOD stock rimes. Is there such a thing without going really hi dollar for crome or what every.
Can't say why the holes are getting enlarged,But sure needs attition.Don't really want the wraking yard stuff. Got any suggestions for the Elk Grove area.
Thanks Don

RDON, some farm and ranch stores sell a heavy duty white spoke rim - I have them on my 72. I bought them years ago so can not tell you the current price but they were not expensive - just a few dollars more than junk yard prices for used rims.

I think Pep Boys sells the low dollar white spoke wheels also. Good luck, Jag

Do some checking on line..There are some good deals out there if you are willing to wait for shipping. But make sure you add shipping charges so you don't pay more.

I used the Pep Boys rims on a utility trailer - they were around $25 to $30 each. They are not nearly as stount as the ones I bought from the Farm and Ranch store, and I had problems getting two rims with the same back-spacing.

Pep Boys ordered them from a catalog - I am sure there are several stores that would also order them for you. Again, I would stress that you need a sturdy wheel for a 3/4 truck - even if you do not load it, the next guy might.
